A group of graduating medical students find an unfinished letter with blood stains and references about human vampirism virus. The letter came from the former Chief of Police of Pilar, a remote municipality. Years ago, there was an unsolved killing spree in San Esteban, one of its far-flung barangays. Will the students be able to prove the existence of vampirism?
