Case Closed: Zero the Enforcer

"Edge of Ocean" is a newly built facility in Tokyo Bay, where the Tokyo Summit will take place on May 1st. Then there will be 22,000 police officers at the most standing guard during the summit. One day in such a huge building a large-scale bombing happens! At the scene, the figure of Tōru Amuro, who works for the National Police Agency Security Bureau Security Planning Division, which is generally known as "Zero", appears. His surreptitious behavior arouses Conan's suspicion.The fingerprints left at the scene match Kogorō Mōri's, an ex-police officer working for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Division. Therefore, the police conclude that Kogorō is the bomber. He ends up being arrested, which causes conflicts between Conan and Amuro. Conan accidentally hears about a strange case, in which Amuro forced the suspect to commit suicide. Later, a series of terror attacks occur unexpectedly in heavily-guarded Tokyo!Conan and the Public Security Police get closer to the conspiracy behind these incidents, and learn that on the very day of the summit the unmanned spacecraft called "Hakuchō" will end the mission on Mars and return to Earth. What will happen on the imminent D-day? Is Amuro a friend or foe?
