Head Case

The "No Brainer" killer is stalking the city and may be the culprit that attacked Vivian. She escapes with only a bite wound, but her faculties quickly decline. Her assailant, Steven Powers, died soon after and is found to have been infected with an aggressive brain eating bacteria. Was he the No Brainer? How did another murder occur? Can Det.
