After a traumatic betrayal of his lover, Soo-in is framed and incarcerated. With the help of his army friend, he succeeds in escaping the prison. However, once out in the world, he realizes that the object of his revenge has disappeared. Soo-in wanders into a small village by the sea where another lonely soul, Mia, lives alone in her sorrow and painful memories.
