Born in Poland, Maryla Michalowski-Dyamant survived Ravensbruck, Malchow and Auschwitz, where she was the forced translator for the `Angel of Death,' Josef Mengele. Maryla dedicated her life after the war to publicly speaking about her survival to younger generations.
