A lack of day care spots compels Nina to set up a day care center with other parents from Cologne's Nippes district. Nina's mother Ini documents the process on camera, and looks on as her subjects' belief systems collapse and relationships unravel. However, one thing unites these parents: they want only the best for their kids, whatever that may be.
