Sorry We Missed You

Ricky, Abby and their two children live in Newcastle. While Abby works as a geriatric nurse, Ricky finally turns his back on his odd jobs and starts working as a self-employed courier driver. The two put all their eggs in this one basket: they get into debt to buy a delivery van. The future seems tempting, but the price of Ricky's self-employment proves to be much higher than expected.
