The Big Cheese
A cheesemonger is like a sommelier for cheese. In America, it's often unappreciated, but Adam "Mr. Moo" Moskowitz hopes to change that. He coaches a U.S. team to compete at the Mondial du Fromage - the "Olympics of Cheese" - where they've never won. We follows these underdogs through cultural clashes, personal struggles and melting cheese as they train for the ultimate competition.
