The Great Lillian Hall

Beloved Broadway actress Lillian Hall (Academy Award® winner Jessica Lange) has never missed a performance in her nearly forty-year career, often putting her heart and soul into work at the expense of everything else, including her relationship with her daughter Margaret (Lily Rabe). But as she prepares for her next show, she begins to lose her way – causing the play’s director to insist on a doctor’s visit. As reality begins to intrude on the illusory world of the theater, Lillian enlists the help of her dedicated assistant Edith (Academy Award® winner Kathy Bates) and persistent neighbor Ty (Pierce Brosnan) to make opening night against all odds.
